“Wonderful experience at a very nice location!”
The staff were always helpful, accommodating, and very polite, but the breakfast options were limited.

The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and breakfast was nice, though there was a bit of overhead noise.

Some of the staff were polite and helpful, but one receptionist was completely unhelpful.

The staff was great, especially the front desk, but be careful with Room 315—someone’s toilet flushing can jolt you awake every time you start to fall asleep, which is the first time that has ever happened to me in a hotel.

The staff was friendly and the property was clean, and they had the best bacon I’ve had at a Holiday Inn Express; it’s also easy to access off the NY Thruway.
