The breakfast was very good, and the staff were efficient and friendly.
We spent one night at this hotel and everything was very good. The location is ideal, right next to the Great Mosque of Mataram. The room was decent and the value for money is really very good, a great address for a short stay in Mataram!

The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was complete, and it’s not far from the immigration office. I would not recommend eating the Japanese food served in trays on site; the chicken was served raw.

Fave Hotel is a name many seem to know and my first night there was my debut at the property; the breakfast was very basic and nothing stood out, the bathroom was dirty and insects were present, and the staff gave vague information about the facilities, leaving guests to figure things out on their own. I arrived around 11:30 pm, and the security guard was just sitting on his phone, didn’t greet me or help with the door. I hope the team can improve their hospitality standards in the future.
