“Meh”

The staff are good 😊 the look is good, but the hotel’s cleanliness is a little bad. As soon as you get in the elevator you can see and feel it, there’s a lot of discoloration that reminds me of a cheap motel. The TV isn’t a smart TV, like bruh it’s 2026.

Location. The hotel pics are outdated. Room was dingy, ac wasn’t working, not worth the price advertised

I’m a regular guest and stay there every time I visit the Philippines; it’s excellent and comfortable. It’s one of the best hotels in Makati. The breakfast is suitable and varied, the cleanliness is high, and the rooms are attended to daily and quickly. The reception is unfriendly and you have to wait a long time to enter and exit; the elevators have problems and you wait a long time to go up or down.

I had a very pleasant stay at Berjaya Hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely service‑mindful. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the service stayed consistently good throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, especially if you want to explore Makati’s nightlife and nearby nightclubs. It is a good place to stay if you want comfort, cleanliness, and easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife. Overall, a very good experience. I would definitely recommend Berjaya Hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
