I had a fantastic stay: breakfast was top‑class, the room was roomy and spotless, and they moved me to a higher floor away from the street as requested, which was perfect; when my travel adapter broke, they supplied one of theirs, which I appreciated; everything was great and I’d definitely return – highly recommended! I would have liked disposable slippers in the room and body lotion in the bathroom.

The communications between the reservations team and myself. The welcome upon arrival and willingness to answer any questions. The ease of accessing my room. The brightness of the various spaces. The proximity to everything in Cork city. The variety of breakfast items that were fruit and yoghurt based. Having a Gluten Free corner. Mida - who ran reception. She was an absolute delight and asset to the hotel. The usual lack of personally made coffee. It was machine; something that I tend to not use. The hot buffet aspect of the breakfast - it did not look appetizing, especially the scrambled egg. The lack of opportunity for a la carte choice for hot breakfast
