Peace and tranquility away from the bustle of Negombo but close enough to get into town for sightseeing easily. Fabulous staff. Sadly the bar was under repair, but the staff more than made up for it.

Absolute character property with a lovely pool. The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious. Delicious breakfasts and dinners are served at a private table set outside our room on the verandah. Wonderful thoughtful staff.

It’s a beautiful villa, only 15‑20 minutes from the airport, so a good first or last‑night hotel. They totally fleece you on the food and drink: a £6 bottle of water and a 10 % service charge on everything.

The entire team treated me kindly and the facilities were excellent; it felt like a true haven of peace. The food quality and breakfast were incredible, and I would return a thousand times. Nothing to complain about.
