The breakfast spread was very thorough and the atmosphere pleasant, but the staff’s comprehension was poor—the receptionist couldn’t figure out how many breakfasts were owed for two rooms housing six guests total (she first counted two, then one, then the rest, insisting she had already given me six breakfast tickets and then tried to charge me for two more). I suggest they keep a log noting who receives tickets, the room number, and the quantity, because I saw several guests encounter the same issue. The room I was assigned smelled damp.

The breakfast and location were satisfactory, but the bathroom lacked safety features: the floor was extremely slick, there were no grab bars, and there were no hooks.

The beds were comfortable, yet the customer service was awful, they took a long time to check in, and the buffet was terrible.
