The breakfast was diverse and plentiful, with freshly made omelets, sunny‑side‑up eggs, and Benedict eggs, and the croissants were delicious. The Japanese breakfast selection was also varied. The room’s soundproofing was good, and it had everything you’d expect, though it lacked a wardrobe. The hotel offered a laundry room with washing and drying machines that worked quickly and conveniently; it would be helpful if they added a coin‑exchange station there. The double bed in the room was a bit small, making it hard for two people to turn over comfortably. The breakfast lacked enough vegetable protein, and the miso soup and tea‑rice broth were too salty. The room lighting was dim, and the humidifier required you to refill water yourself.

The amenities are fantastic, and the location is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at—just a short walk from a metro station. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the place was very clean.

This is a family‑friendly hotel; the breakfast includes baby‑friendly items, and the menu offers many tasty options. Tea, coffee, and drinks are all available. The first‑floor lobby has a convenience store, and the supplies area offers plenty of items, including diaper‑specific deodorizing bags. The washing machine automatically adds detergent, so you don’t need to bring your own—very convenient. There’s a comic section for when you’re waiting for laundry, and a microwave, so you can heat food bought at the supermarket or convenience store right back in the room. The bathroom supplies are complete, the room is clean and comfortable, and the staff are courteous. The fridge in the room, while conveniently positioned so you don’t have to bend, is really small; I hope they can offer a larger one in the future.

The hotel sits in a great spot for visiting Disneyland or Disney Sea, and the room is very large for a Japanese hotel. However, they don’t forward luggage for you directly. The staff are unfamiliar with their third‑party luggage forwarding app (which oddly isn’t Yamato) and gave contradictory instructions on how to use it. The app itself is awful, setting deadlines but then randomly closing the application early if too many bags are already being sent. We ended up going to Family Mart to forward our luggage the day before we left.

“Great place especially if you’re going to Disneyland”

We loved everything; the staff were super helpful, check‑in was effortless, and the place was impeccably clean. The hotel is close to the train station, which is handy if you’re heading to Disneyland or Disney Sea—just two or three stops away.
