Clean, cozy, and a small seaside hotel 🌊❤️ The staff were very friendly and smiling, always ready to help. Special thanks to the owner—an extremely pleasant, kind, and hospitable person. For those seeking peace, quiet, solitude, and a real break from the bustle, this is the perfect spot. The atmosphere is uniquely warm and calm. The private beach and the staff’s quick response to issues were positives. Check‑in was at 15:00, and we were handed the key only to find the room not ready. The problem was quickly fixed with a different room. The room had potential but was poorly maintained: the shower head worked only half‑way because of limescale, half the bed slats were missing, and cleanliness was an issue. We also had an ant infestation in the room and were given a spray to deal with it; it worked, but it’s unpleasant to find ants in your room. The breakfast didn’t feature first‑choice products. There’s potential, but it needs a bit more care.

The location was amazing—just a few minutes on foot from the archaeological site, Réd Beach, and great restaurants; every room overlooks the sea. The only minor issue was the lack of double beds (single beds were placed close together).

We were completely satisfied with the stay. Everything we needed was there: a quiet environment, clean rooms (fridge, coffee machine), tasty breakfast, and a view of the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nearby were good restaurants, nice beaches, and an archaeological museum. A bus ran hourly to Fira, but getting to Oia was a challenge. The bed was too soft for me, and the bed frame hindered full extension. The sun‑roof view was not visible from here.
