The room was generous in size and the hotel was beautiful. It was clean and lovely to be on the water. We ordered room service Sunday morning (two eggs and a latte). It took over 90 minutes (the room service phone line never answered - had to place the order through the front desk). The $7 latte arrived cold and was undrinkable. The supplies in the room were limited (only two towels) and not enough coffee pods

The BBQ with the live band was far too expensive for what was offered, and the food itself wasn’t very good. On the other hand, the dinner I had the previous night was excellent.

The hotel itself is nice, the room was large, and the breakfast (not included) offered a pleasant view over the water; we enjoyed a nice walk on the front lawn where many rabbits were running around. The only downside was that the night rate seemed a bit steep, and the room we got had a Plaza view, which turned out to be the parking lot.
