I had no idea which hotel I was supposed to be at; they told me my booking wasn’t available 😞. I wasted time and money trying to locate it, and when I finally reached them, they said no booking had been made. No response, no customer care, and the service was pathetic—I won’t use them again 😞.

The location was convenient, rooms were clean and well maintained, and the stay was pleasant. All the facilities we needed were present, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room was spotless and comfortable.
