The location was convenient for Ring Road, but the room had a blown light and the bedside lamps were broken; cleaning was subpar. There were only three showers for the whole property, which has about ten rooms, and the kitchenette was fine but lacked many supplies.

We stayed in the annex building. Our check‑in went smoothly, yet others struggled to reach anyone—totally impossible! Everything felt cold and neglected, with a backlog of repairs: no baking tray in the oven, no small spoons, and overall it was by far the worst part of our 14‑day stay.

It was a quiet spot and the kitchen looked brand new. However, the property was missing basic upkeep and facilities: a floor of seven or eight rooms shared a single shower for men, a single shower for women, and just two toilets for everyone. One shower lock was broken, and the showers only offered hot water. There were no hooks or shelves for clothes or towels, and no soap or shampoo. Our room was too small to fully open our suitcase, the floor was dusty and seemed uncleaned, and I wished there was an on‑site front desk to help with problems.
