Hotel Gran Vivenzo Belo Horizonte

Cleanliness was decent and the breakfast selection varied. As soon as I arrived, I asked for a room away from the noise, but I was placed in one facing the football stadium during a game night, so I couldn't sleep until after midnight. The front desk didn’t pass the reception and restaurant extensions, so I had to walk to the restaurant to place my order and told the staff I’d shower first and call back when ready. While I was in the shower, the employee knocked on my door to deliver the order, forcing me to leave my towel and open the door, which was embarrassing. The TV was old, not smart, only cable channels, and the picture quality was terrible. The next day I requested an iron, but it never arrived. Lastly, there was no individual air‑conditioning unit, so I couldn’t adjust the room temperature and felt cold at night.

The room was comfortable with a good shower, breakfast was fine, and the daytime staff were friendly. The night staff were less helpful, the airport taxi partnership was inconvenient, and there was street noise at night.

The location was good, but I didn’t like the bathroom; it had no counter, just a tub that couldn’t hold a soap bar.

“Um bom hotel”

Everything worked in the room and the breakfast quality was great. The only downside was that the bed sheets didn’t have elastic, so they got stuck.
