The bed was very comfortable and the overall quality was good. It could use a few small lamps for better lighting, and an extra outlet would help charge phones. I didn’t like having to wait for check‑in, but otherwise everything was fine.

“La peor experiencia de mi vida”

I didn't like anything about the place; everything was filthy, and the area was terrible for a hotel. The ceiling fan made a horrible noise, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the blinds were broken, and we only received one towel for two people. The location was awful, in a neighborhood that made it scary to leave the house. Every time someone entered the building, the constant noise woke us up.

“NADA DE AQUÍ SE SALVA”

I stayed in a place that was nowhere near comfortable, the neighborhood felt dangerous, and the rooms were nothing like the photos. The fan in our room made a constant, loud noise that only grew louder over time, the bathrooms were awful with shower water backing up, the towels smelled odd, the room was tiny, the toilet paper was terrible, the door rattled loudly and was hard to open, and the bathroom door made a shocking amount of noise; the tape used to open the window was broken. In short, everything was bad; the only redeeming factor was that there were two bathrooms, but both were equally poor, a place I would never return to.

“Lot noise”

The location was good, but the bathroom cleaning was poor and there was a lot of noise from people and the doorbell.

We left the accommodation a day early because the conditions were unbearable. The doors couldn't be locked, the bathroom door couldn't be locked, and the balcony lock was impossible. The owner was notified but received no response. The bathroom cleanliness was a disaster! The second bathroom was unusable due to a defect. The entrance was a construction site. The furnishings were just two beds and a table, with no chairs, wardrobe, or stools. Nothing at all. A tiny blanket was supposed to be the duvet for two people. All doors squeaked constantly, keeping us awake. Access to the stairwell was only through the bell button, and we were constantly awakened. Four rooms were rented out in one apartment. All guests had to share a single minimal bathroom. There was no soundproofing. The room's electrical system was partially defective. Everything was dirty and broken, with parts of the building under construction. There was no kitchen or way to heat anything. No TV or radio. The owner was informed via email and WhatsApp with photos; the reply was that we should see if we get a refund. No reaction.
