The staff were friendly and the rooms are lovely. Everything was great.
We stayed only one night, so there wasn’t time to use the pool; breakfast was okay and they offered gluten‑free cereals, which is rare. There were only two chairs at the table, and we were a group of five.
“Was worth the money but housekeeping could have been better”
The room was clean was a great value and great location. We were there 4 nights and the room was never serviced. We had to go to the lobby for conditioner after it wasn’t replaced after us asking and toilet paper

The hotel is close to Niagara Falls. Breakfast and the pool provide everything needed for a relaxing stay. The manager is a very funny joker, but I didn’t understand much of what he said.

The location is excellent, just outside the U.S. side of Niagara Falls Park. It looks more like a motel, but the building is clean. For a layover night it’s more than fine. The breakfast is very scant, with tiny pancakes, and the pool is unusable in the middle of the parking lot, right under everyone’s eyes.
