I didn’t give a low score because I know how booking can affect things, but the place was filthy: the rugs stuck to socks, the floor wasn’t cleaned, there was no mopping cloth or vacuum. For families with little kids, the mess was unpleasant and we even found at least four spiders.

When we arrived, the flat was already taken by someone else. The host kept insisting it wasn’t their fault, blaming booking instead. Booking’s customer service confirmed we were the rightful guests. After waiting over an hour late at night, the alternative accommodation offered through booking was pricier and we’d have to pay the full amount. Booking eventually refunded us after 7‑12 days, but we decided to book directly through the hotel’s own site instead.
