Nothing positive! We booked a rental and ended up in a shared flat. The listing was unclear and misleading; we found ourselves sharing a furnished apartment with two men! We were shocked! The ad is a scam, especially since the door is broken and we had to wait for the cleaner to open it. We learned that Vincent and Noé hadn’t arrived yet, which was a shock. When I asked the cleaner for an explanation, she said Booking had forced them to choose this type of listing and that we should have read it correctly. I demanded a refund from the owner because we couldn’t stay (and we couldn’t even leave, since the door was impossible to open). The other people had booked through Airbnb. In the end we booked elsewhere! This is a shared flat, not a rental, and it must be clearly described! Terrible!

Breakfast was not included, but the location was great: close to the center, plenty of space, and not much noise. We were surprised to find another guest in the upper right bedroom, probably because I didn’t look closely enough; we didn’t know we had to share the common areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom) with someone else, but that man from Tourcoing was very friendly, and we hardly saw him.
