Clean, convenient parking that is ample, easy to find the accommodation, rooms are not small, plenty of power outlets, no broken amenities. There are some shops around the property. The room on the street side can hear cars clearly, but it’s tolerable because not many cars pass by.

I was treated like a Princess. The hotel owner held the door for me… EVERY TIME. Very clean, like brand new. Big parking behind the hotel for rental cars. Near the highway, but no traffic noise in the room. Free cafe, tea and cakes in the lobby. 5 minutes walk from restaurants and supermarket.

The coffee. We booked a king room with mountain view, only to be told not available on check in as there staff hadn't clicked it had gone. Was given a smaller room with twin beds they rushed to put together with separate covers at the front with noisy traffic, same room as small standard 4 days earlier . which got at half the price . when questioned if would get half the money back they said no refunds and charged full price for king room even though never recieved. Stayed there on 2 separate occasions both times not given WiFi.when asked for it they sighed and made a big deal about giving the code as if just asked them.for 10000 baht . very rude and unhelpful . would not recommend again

The hotel was amazing; the owner helped me a lot with getting to the waterfall and then to Chanthaburi. The room was clean and spacious, and on the first floor you could have free breakfast with sweets and fruits. I already miss the owner and his family.
