The overall stay was very good. The staff were cooperative and well‑mannered. The place was peaceful and calm. Nice stay ☺️. I think more coordination is needed between the booking platform and the hotel.

I liked the spread of food on the breakfast table; it was nice. Front‑office receptionist Yogesh was unprofessional and rude, and all the staff seemed inadequately trained and lacking customer courtesy except for Hitesh, who was better. Yogesh assigned us room 106, which was cramped, and we had requested a single king‑size bed but he gave us a twin bed. When I booked, the option was only twin bed, not single bed. Even after asking, Yogesh didn’t serve a welcome drink, which was left in front of the reception.
