It was convenient for dropping off a Sixt car rental because the hotel itself had the drop‑off location, and I can't recall any negatives.

The location is close to the cruise port, but I had to call the front desk three times just to get internet, and when I finally figured it out, they had my first name listed as my last. The front desk was unhelpful and seemed annoyed with me. The room phone was awful – it hadn't been charged, felt "crusty," and was hard to hear. The whole room needs a deep clean. Parking is confusing and gives off a motel vibe, which would have been fine if I had paid motel rates.
