Check‑in went smoothly and the room‑service food was good, but there was no water in the bathroom, no soap, no slippers, and towels weren’t provided until I called for them; traveling with family, the service was the worst and it wasn’t worth the money.

The hotel was good, I liked it. Room was clean, comfy bed, nice shower. Only weird thing was the breakfast menu, all in French, didn't know what anything was. Not a huge deal, just a bit confusing.
