We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Christl. The owner was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful, making us feel comfortable and welcome from the start. The entire hotel was clean and well‑maintained, and everything fit perfectly. We would gladly return and definitely recommend the hotel.

We didn’t have breakfast, but the owner offered us coffee twice in the morning before we left, and he also made sure the bicycles were securely stored; that was very nice!

A warm and helpful welcome, everything was spotless, but when the windows were open toward the street on weekend evenings it got a bit noisy.

The staff were very nice and the location is fantastic—right in front of Ostbahnhof, but the room smelled bad when I first entered and it felt old.

The front desk was manned by a very unfriendly person who made unnecessary comments from the moment I entered until the end and seemed unwilling to work.
