There was nothing described about how it should be. I didn’t like that a guy was there, and the description didn’t mention him. He demanded an extra $50 on top of the $91 deposit I had just paid, without telling me another person would be there. He then said he would refund us, but two days later he ignored us, and I’m now out $91 from a place I never stayed at.

Nothing never got into property he took copy of my license and a cash deposit of 50 and never open door text saying he would be home at 1030 yet I book air bnb at 730. Everything was off no hospitality lock me out never open door due to no key pad

It was *mostly* clean. However, the listing was misleading: it’s shared housing, not a guest house. None of the rooms had the advertised amenities—no private bathroom with a bidet, no TV, no coffee maker. The property claimed to be family‑friendly and pet‑friendly, but on arrival I was told that if my 4‑month‑old or dogs made too much noise I’d be asked to leave with no refund. The window sills were filthy and never wiped down. I wasn’t given a key or code; I had to hope the host was available to let me in. I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than one night, or traveling with more than one person or pets. I was told the $100 I paid was a deposit, but at checkout it was called a pet fee and was kept.
