I stayed in room 663, which was spacious enough for my needs, but I was disappointed to find a hair in the Blindex bathroom and a noticeable hole under the ceiling.

The hotel is close to Santos Dumont airport, the American embassy, and downtown Rio, which makes it very convenient for any needs. Nearby, there are many street‑poor residents, which creates a sense of insecurity and you have to stay on alert all the time.
The place was well‑situated and the on‑site meals were good, but the pillow was not up to par.
The reception staff were extremely well‑qualified, and there were no issues at all.
The location was great, though the bed felt a bit uncomfortable.
