Cleanliness!!! There were hairs everywhere, it wasn’t cleaned, the shower was broken, the door cylinder was shattered on arrival, breakfast was offered but it was just 4 dry, vacuum‑sealed biscuits!!!!!

Room, services, view and organization were all perfect!!!

The food was excellent, the place evocative, the Tinozza fabulous, in the bubble you find everything you need… Experience worth repeating!

The pace was calm and utterly peaceful, the hot‑tub was perfect and super relaxing, the aperitivo dinner was fairly priced with excellent farm‑fresh products, and the breakfast was just as delicious! The room was stunning, and the mountain view was magical. The downside was that check‑in starts at 16:00 and check‑out at 10:00, so there isn’t much time to enjoy the place.

The Norwegian bath was great. The inside of the bubble had an unpleasant smell, the bed was hard, there was no Wi‑Fi, the breakfast was rather thin, and there was no electricity in the morning.
