I'm still trying to figure out what the hotel was thinking with their management and staff. They seemed completely uninterested in providing a decent experience for guests. The lack of effort was staggering.

The hotel's proximity to the Air Force base was a major plus, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to outweigh the various issues I encountered during my stay. The shower didn't work, which was a major inconvenience, and to make matters worse, I found cockroaches in the room. The freezer in the mini-fridge didn't work either, so I couldn't even store my perishable items properly. To top it all off, the TV remote didn't work, and there weren't enough towels provided.

I'm still waiting for my refund after checking out of this hotel, which is a major letdown considering I paid upfront. The staff were friendly and helpful when I checked in, but their assistance didn't extend to resolving the issue with my payment. The room was clean and comfortable, with a decent view of the city. It's a shame that the hotel's customer service fell short of my expectations.
