The staff were awesome—friendly, caring, professional—and the pub food was absolutely delicious. The room, however, felt more like a jail cell: no TV, no bedside tables, no AC, and it was definitely outdated—prison cells even have a TV.

I didn’t have breakfast, but it catered well to my needs. I had trouble with the security button on the lock in Room 7; it wouldn’t depress on many occasions, but I eventually got it to work by jiggling the key.

The room was great with a comfy bed and a clean bathroom and toilet. It was handy to stay because there were lots of cafés, an IGA, and easy transport. The area was just like the rest of the city and felt safe.

The location was good. However, there were no refunds for early cancellations and the only toilets were outside.
