The staff were friendly and maintained a 10‑10 communication rating, sending text updates and replying instantly to questions. I didn’t dislike the property, but it felt a bit pricey for what it offered.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, die Lage hervorragend und das Zimmer groß mit einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Wir haben kein Frühstück bestellt, weil es unseren Erwartungen nicht entsprach. Die Mücken waren sehr aggressiv, und es gab keinen Schutz im Zimmer. Der Preis war zu hoch für diese Unterkunft, und uns wurde eine lächerliche Summe von 0,58 CAD in Rechnung gestellt, ohne dass uns der Grund erklärt wurde.

The décor is modern and the rooms are very spacious, clean, and the staff are extremely friendly.

The stay was for the Spartan Race, so being 4 minutes from the race site was perfect; the place is pleasant, you can have a fire and chat in the evenings, there are outdoor games and indoor board games available, the staff are very kind, electric cars can be charged for free, a Nespresso machine with capsules is provided, the wine bar looks large in the photos but is actually tiny, if the weather is nice you can access a beach across the road with paddle boards loaned by the hotel, there is a small sauna and a cold bath. The only drawback is that the shower needs deep cleaning; the base should be scrubbed and the grout and tiles are really dirty.

Everything is well thought out—the room, the amenities around the hotel, it looks and feels cozy and inviting. We enjoyed the games around the outdoor seating area, and they provide free paddle boards, which we took out to the beach (2min walk). The only minor issue is the street right across from the property, but it isn’t very busy, so it didn’t really affect the fun.
