Everything was perfect – a true haven of peace. Hector was extremely kind and took us to the floating islands; we were alone with him. The room was very comfortable with a breathtaking view of the lake. Nights could be cold, but the duvet and two extra blankets were sufficient. Thank you for your hospitality, Hector. The only downside was the steep 3800 m climb over a short distance, which was surprisingly sporty, but we forgot about it once we arrived.

The view was stunning. The room was noticeably smaller than advertised, and we didn’t feel warmly welcomed; there was a lack of friendliness and smiles. The advice given was often the most expensive; beware of extra costs on site.

We loved the welcome from Primo and his son Hector, who took us to the Uros Titinos islands for a great experience! The rooms with views were very pretty, though the others were less interesting. Hector helped with taxis, luggage, etc. Thanks a lot! Our three children, aged 5, 8, and 11, enjoyed the cold as an adventure. It was chilly, but that’s normal for the region: there’s no heating. We had 4–5 thick, warm duvets available.

The welcome, location, and overall organization of the stay were truly excellent! It was very pleasant and quiet. The rustic simplicity worked well for a few days.
