The spot is convenient, but the place was filthy.

“Not really worth the money anymore”

Having stayed here before, the hot springs and scenery were the same, and we were upgraded to a balcony room overlooking the lake, which looked gorgeous. However, the room lacked bathrobes and enough towels for four, so we had to request them; the hotel did provide slippers, which is inconvenient for a spa resort where the pool is the main attraction, and the sink was still dirty when we arrived. Overall, the quality felt worse than our first visit three years ago.

“Lovely fall trip to Harrison Hot Springs”

The hot‑spring pools were awesome for kids, yet I wish they had added hotter pools and ice baths, and there’s no lake view from the pool area.

“A good place to stay for short holiday”

The location is good, the scenery is great, the food is good, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The bed is a double and uncomfortable for two people; the box‑spring mattress is not comfortable, and the pillows are too soft and not supportive.
