The location was convenient. However, the one lady on staff was flippant and nonchalant, the bathroom floors were dirty, the corners of the shower were dirty, the door lacked an inside safety lock, and the outside doorknob was backwards.

We ordered DoorDash and the food was stolen; with no cameras in place, we were left without dinner that night.

The free washer was a plus, but the thin walls and floors, the room being cleaned only once a week, and the rude front‑desk manager were major drawbacks.

I did not stay there— they told me there were no rooms available.

I'm still trying to figure out what I did wrong. I booked a room, paid for it, and yet somehow everything went terribly wrong. The staff seemed friendly, but that's about it. The room was clean, but that's not saying much. The bed was comfortable, but who cares when everything else is a disaster? The shower was working, but the towels were scratchy. The TV had some channels, but the remote was broken. I'm starting to think I'm just not cut out for this whole hotel thing.
