I really liked the accommodation, the staff were super attentive and kind, the service was quick and precise, and the place was very tidy and clean. I have nothing to complain about.
“Bom custo e benefício”
Comfortable, but it needs renovations.
“Bom”
My stay was completely uneventful, and I didn't encounter any issues or problems. The hotel seemed to deliver on its basic promises, but I didn't have any particularly memorable experiences either.
I had a pretty standard stay, but the front desk staff was quite unfriendly upon arrival. The room itself was fine, but the initial impression set the tone for my visit.
I was fortunate enough to stay during Carnaval, and my suite was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The digital control panel next to the bed was incredibly practical and functional, making my stay even more enjoyable.
