The room was fine, and the Bistro’s food and service were good. At the front desk, I was told the hotel was fully booked, but a few minutes later, while I was sitting in the Bistro, I called and was told a room was actually available. I felt the receptionist seemed to dislike my appearance and refused me, yet another staff member checked me in later without any issues. The restaurant’s food, however, felt overpriced.
