Even on a weekday, the owner kindly upgraded my room, allowing me to enjoy a wonderful time. The indoor facilities were superb, and although I was a novice at BBQ, the owner had already prepared dishes, seasonings, and even pointed out where to buy ingredients nearby and nearby tourist spots, making the experience enriching. The owner also gave a tour of the property, revealing many thoughtful details that made me want to return. The only downside was that when I called after booking to ask questions, the line was sometimes unreachable, probably because it was a busy time.

“コスパ悪し”

The location was fine, but the owner’s hospitality was poor; they spoke to every guest in a casual tone. The facilities were like a dormitory, and you had to ask for amenities—no toothbrushes were given. Worse, there was no private bathroom in the room; the property only had two basic shower rooms that guests had to share. Shampoo was only a rinse‑in shampoo. Making the futon up and down was a self‑service task, and the futon itself was flimsy. Cleaning the BBQ dishes was also self‑service. All of this meant I had to do a lot on my own, and I couldn’t relax in a proper bath, which was disappointing. The equipment was old, hygiene was poor, the floor was dirty, and the toilet smelled. I think a business hotel would offer better service and be cheaper.

The staff at the lobby were very helpful and pleasant to chat with; it was a true value‑for‑money hotel. I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like.
