The lack of TVs in every bedroom with kids is insane, and the on‑site property manager was downright rude and disrespectful—she even used profanity toward guests, which is unprofessional and should lead to her dismissal. I would never stay there again and I don’t recommend anyone else. Politeness and normal behavior shouldn’t cost anything, yet the manager’s attitude made the experience unacceptable, and we saw this happen to several guests, not just us. The property manager should not be employed in any capacity that involves dealing with people.

“Nice, quiet, cute room, loved my tub! Good location near amenities”

The place has a great location and a style that feels like real Florida, plus it’s close to a lot of amenities. The bed was a bit hard for me, but my friend liked it, so that’s not a huge issue. It would be nice to have extra garbage bags in the garage so we could take the trash out.

I stayed in the muddy mermaid. It was quaint and perfect for me. Clean and cozy. As a local, I just relaxed. I’ll come back and bring my grandsons for some boating, which was available, and stay in one of the larger family options they have. All good from my perspective.

The location was amazing, the room and décor were beautiful, and all the amenities were present. No complaints at all except the bed was very hard.
