The staff were friendly and the location was close to shops and restaurants, yet some furniture was broken—there was a door on the TV stand that was falling apart, and the toilet was wobbly. We never used the cabinet on the TV stand during our stay.

Everything was fine except the men working in the office; they were rude every time I booked, always mean and discourteous.

The room was fairly clean, but after staying here regularly for some time, this was my last visit. Instead of investing in comfort improvements, they installed new AC controls that only go down to 70 degrees and only offer low fan speed. In Florida in August, the room was 75 when I checked in; over a 9‑hour period it only dropped to 74 degrees. I was there for medical treatments at Mayo and that was just unacceptable. I had just picked up dinner, and it was stone‑cold after waiting 1.5 hours while staff tried to adjust the AC—poor experience.
