It was tidy, a nice little pool with good lounge chairs. A bit far from everything. The microwave didn’t work, and the kettle took a long time to boil water.

The view of the valley from the breakfast venue is unforgettable, and the food was very tasty. We arranged a day‑trip to Batur Mountain and the surrounding area by taxi, and the staff gave us plenty of advice, making it a wonderful short trip. I’m very grateful. The room’s window lock didn’t close properly, so I had to sleep without it locked for one night, which was a safety issue. Fortunately, on the second day the lock was fixed, and everything was fine after that. Thank you.

The staff were very friendly and the pool was nice. They helped us handle the cancellation well. It was a pity we had to walk to their other location for dining. We also suffered from bedbugs the first night, which we reported the next morning. We got a different room, but upon closer inspection the bugs were still there. Moreover, the rooms were very damp. That evening we moved to their sister hotel, where we slept well and looked fresh. We got a refund for the remaining nights because the resort had no more rooms, and we didn’t want to return to Oka.

We enjoyed staying in this villa; the staff were polite and assisted us with everything we asked. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, we were under the impression that the entire villa would be ours, but we were only given separate rooms and there were other tenants present. Overall, the impression was still good. We would recommend this holiday villa. Thank you for the gifts!

An incredibly beautiful place. The view from the window is striking, the furniture is high‑quality, the bed is comfortable, the design is lovely, and the bathtub with a window is impressive. The large terrace is quiet, and it’s close to interesting spots, rice terraces, the elephant park, and pools. Everything is wonderful.
