The location was very good, the hotel felt modern and clean enough, and the spa bath in the room was nice. The mattress was the worst I’ve slept on in Japan; you could feel every spring and hard metal rods, and my back still hurts days later.

The rooms were very spacious with bathtubs, just a 5‑minute walk from Dotonbori, and the staff were friendly and polite. No complaints.

The staff were amazing, taking our luggage and stashing it for an entire day. The price‑to‑quality ratio was very good. It’s close to Dotonbori and about 10 minutes from the metro stop. Room service was excellent, the bathroom was great, and the bed was comfortable. It feels more like a “love hotel,” so I wouldn’t recommend it for families. Otherwise, it was fine. There’s no microwave in the room or in the common area.
