The staffs were wonderful indeed. No ROOM CLEANING SERVICES AVAILABLE and wr had to adjust on the same linen for the entire 2 nights. Room size absolutely very very small according to the price
“Avoid this place at all costs”
There was nothing to like about this shabby place. The reception area was dirty, the room was not at all maintained, the washroom was dirty, the AC wasn’t working, the staff attitude was bad, and the food was below average.

When I arrived, the hotel couldn’t locate my booking made through Booking. If the place had been full, I would have been left without a room, despite my repeated attempts to contact them via the platform beforehand. Eventually they assigned me a room and told me the price would be lower than what was shown on Booking because the reservation no longer went through the platform. However, at checkout I was asked to pay the original Booking rate. Nothing dramatic happened in the end since I paid the expected amount, but it shows a lack of professionalism from the staff. Things got worse with the comfort of the stay: constant noise from other guests (doors slamming, people moving around in the courtyard, etc.) was never addressed by the staff. I never had hot water in the shower for the entire duration of my stay, housekeeping never changed the sheets, and the Wi‑Fi, while sometimes working, was very unstable. In short, nothing truly serious, but the service was clearly below expectations for a hotel.
The place was not hygienic and the pictures don’t reflect the scale of their operations.
