The room was very cramped, with a window facing the corridor and stairs, offering no privacy, and the room was stuffy with light strips from the windows making it hard to sleep. The staff and breakfast were good, but the accommodation and the room itself were poor.

The price was reasonable, the breakfast was good, and the location was convenient. Because the hotel was under construction, there was a lot of noise and many people speaking loudly in the hallways, which was annoying, but overall the hotel is new and well maintained.

The stay was simple but the room was clean and comfortable. It was close to the Basilica.

The location and parking were great. The cleaning was subpar, the pillows were bad, and the sheets smelled like they hadn’t been washed.

I really liked how close the hotel was to the Basilica of Aparecida.
