We never were allowed into the building. We had a confirmed, paid reservation and arrived at 5:00 AM after a five‑hour drive. Staff told us by phone that the property’s system marked us a no‑show because the booking was made after midnight, despite confirming it. We asked politely to speak with a manager or in person; the staff member hung up on us. Five to ten minutes later, police arrived and told us to leave. We were cordial throughout and never received a room. Refund has not been processed. (Sparks PD Incident #2625001412.)

The place is right by the 80 freeway and near a bunch of restaurants, which is handy. I didn’t realize it was an extended‑stay property until I arrived, so I was surprised to see mostly long‑term residents. The kitchenette was tiny and there was no way to actually cook or eat anything; you could buy utensils and dishes for $40. The room itself was clean but nothing special, feeling more like a college dorm. Dogs were allowed and I had two small ones, but the dog area was filthy with poop everywhere—definitely not a place to walk them. There were also several homeless people lurking behind the building. I’ll probably pay a bit more next time for a nicer spot.
