Good morning Mrs. Marisol and Leidy, with all due respect you deserve, but I am really disappointed and uncomfortable with the service: * The décor is terrible and expensive * The sheets and bedding smell bad * The towels also smell bad * The hot shower water doesn’t come out * The place is really neglected if you offer a service that should be in good condition, because you come to rest * It’s the first place we paid for breakfast and we’re expected to cook.

Wonderful. It’s the ideal place to escape the city noise and actually hear silence. Perfect for a couples retreat. The only downside is that the glamping unit lacks curtains on all the windows, which would add extra calm and allow you to block the morning sun if you prefer.

This place has a great location, it's really quiet and the staff is attentive. My only complaint is that the bed creaks when you move around, which can be annoying and wake you up.

The view is amazing, and I loved the jacuzzi and the service. However, I wish they had more coverage on the dome, like curtains that could block out the view and provide some privacy. It's a bit concerning that people can just walk up since there's no enclosure.
