SpringHill Suites Fresno

I slept in a very comfy bed and the staff were friendly when I checked in.

“Relaxing”

The spot was great, super quiet, and the breakfast in the morning was outstanding with a wide variety of options; the rooms were large and roomy.

Nothing positive. Some of the staff were extremely rude and they didn't honor third‑party bookings.

“It was a place to lay your head and I feel very overpriced”

We were exhausted and there was a bed. The breakfast area was a mess, with trash overflowing in both bins and employees walking past without cleaning; debris covered the food area, making it unappetizing. I stay at SpringHill often, so this was disappointing.

“If you are not interested in breakfast they it’s good place to stay.”

The room was clean and decent. The breakfast was a compliment, but most items were already gone when we arrived, and when we asked for refills the staff said they were out of stock and replied rudely.
