“Great location, clean, little light on the amenities.”

The location is great and the staff is friendly, though the valet service is pricey at $49 a day; street parking is scarce, but a few public lots just a short walk away charge $6–$15 per night. The hotel is clean, but the amenities are limited: a tiny drawer, only one small soap bar, and just two Q‑tips per day.

The location is excellent and the staff are helpful and awesome, but the room could use more pillows, an extra blanket, and a comforter.

The room and bathroom were spotless, the shower works great with a fast hot‑water flow and offers both a rain and a handheld head; the handheld even lets you adjust water strength, which surprised my sister and me. Each floor has a water fountain with several clean plastic pitchers, so you can grab iced water without leaving the room. The hotel sits within walking distance of most Bellevue malls and a short stroll takes you to the beautiful Bay Park. The downside is parking: only valet is available, costing $45 plus taxes and fees per day—when I stayed I paid $54.05 a night, totaling $108.10 for two nights, and it’s separate from the room rate.
