The stay was awful: basic facilities, a dirty pool, extremely rude staff, and they overcharged for bottled water, making it a total rip‑off.
The location is great and the breakfast buffet is superb, yet the property is old and hasn't been upgraded, so the rooms and bathrooms aren't up to par.
“It was ok”
The location is good and central, but the room cleanliness is lacking—normally Accor rooms get daily cleaning, yet the sheets seemed unwashed and housekeeping effort was minimal; spider webs appeared under side tables, I had to get down to plug my charger, the bed head was sticky as if never wiped down, and for what I paid I expected better rooms elsewhere at a lower price, which was a clear disappointment.
The spot is convenient, the breakfast and pool are decent, but the room feels ancient with no upkeep; the toilet leaked, I told the receptionist a few times and they only apologized without fixing it, the curtains were dusty and smelled of mould, and the furniture looked old; I wouldn't stay here again—other Accor chains and Mercure hotels elsewhere have outshone this place.
