“Great location, needs some tlc.”
This is a great hotel, that was a perfect location for Attleborough and all the shops. It needs a bit of tlc, and I don't think it was good value. The bed was really comfy and I slept well. The selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits is probably the best I have ever seen. Cold milk in a little fridge, and water were all great !. The room was cold. I don't mind that when going to bed, but had to keep my jacket on until that point. I tried to change the thermostat on the radiator, but that had no effect. I could not find the control for the towel holder in the bathroom to give some local heat. I could not find the isolator switch for the bathroom extractor fan. So I had to listen to that all night. It wasn't intrusive, but slightly annoying. I like to leave a light on ( bathroom in this case ), in case of emergencies. I noticed when I woke up there was a hole in the ceiling where a light fitting sort of fitted. When I woke in the morning, the radiator was red hot
