“Poor housekeeping…stayed 2 days, but no full service room clean even after multiple requests”
The location was fine. Housekeeping was lacking and the room wasn’t cleaned.

The location was great, the staff were nice, and the facility was clean. I didn’t like that the facility was smoke‑free; I wanted to smoke in my room instead of having to keep going outside in the car 😆

The rooms were clean, the location was good, and the rooms themselves were nice. The night staff didn’t bother trying to fix the phone in my room, even though I only needed it for that night. When a few friends tried to call me into the room, the staff refused to route the calls to my room—completely unacceptable.
