The staff were very friendly and everything was impeccably maintained; the studios were well equipped, and the breakfast left no wishes unfulfilled.
Everything was beautiful, clean, new, the bathroom was huge, there was a free water bottle and a few other extras; the morning staff were welcoming and kind, the breakfast was quality food with a wide variety; it’s close to the station. The girls were very helpful, and that’s what I’ll remember from my stay. I couldn’t find the entrance when I arrived in the middle of the night, felt a bit scared because I couldn’t figure out how to enter, there were too many codes and passwords, but I felt really safe afterwards. It’s near the road, so if the windows are open it can be a bit noisy, but I slept well.
The room was well equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning and underfloor heating; everything was still fairly new and tidy, there was a TV upstairs and downstairs. A few restaurants and a REWE were around the corner, and parking was always available. The underfloor heating was set to 6 – 30 °C in the room – I had to lower it with the AC. I caught a cold because I slept in a draft. Breakfast was solid but nothing special; little fruit and vegetables but a lot of sugary items and eggs, sausage, cheese. The rolls were only of average baking quality – it could be better.
The overall furnishings were good.

The location was good, central on the main streets; there was no air conditioning, the service was impossible and poor, the requested and confirmed rooms were combined but could not be implemented at check‑in… someone simply forgot, which is fine, but with two small children it’s very annoying. I can’t understand how a hotel opened in 2021 could have no air conditioning.
