“Tolles, zentrales Hotel in Kandy”

The location is very central in Kandy, which is exactly what I was looking for. The staff were fantastic, and from arrival to departure we were well taken care of. The hotel facilities were very good. While parking, a TukTuk broke a mirror for us, but the hotel staff fixed it immediately and installed a new one—super service. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner, but overall I was very satisfied.

“Great location and clean comfortable hotel”

The hotel is well situated, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. All staff were fantastic, and breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We enjoyed our stay here as a great base to explore Kandy. The gym was new and under renovation, so the training equipment and entertainment system weren't working, which was disappointing. They tried to fix it but couldn't.

“An absolutely amazing stay – pure luxury!”

Our stay at The Radh Hotel was truly exceptional! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful rooftop pool that adds a special touch. Everything feels luxurious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel special throughout. We loved every moment and couldn't have asked for a better experience. A truly wonderful hotel that exceeded our expectations. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

The staff at The Radh made me feel very welcome on my first visit to Kandy. They served welcome tea with local sweets upon arrival and were very attentive throughout my stay. They also prepared a generous snack plate for me in the evening, and the brownie was to die for. The massage was excellent—go for the Asian Tradition, which starts with stretching. My therapist did a great job kneading the knots out. I started with the sauna and ended with the Malay hair and scalp massage. Hotel guests get a 20% discount on treatments. Breakfast was a sumptuous Sri Lankan spread of hoppers, curries, sambols, and fresh fruit, and I was still full at lunchtime. There’s ongoing construction at the hotel, so I requested a quiet room, and the staff arranged one for me. It’s conveniently located near the Temple of the Tooth and Kandy Lake, making it easy to explore on foot.

“A fusion of traditional Sri Lankan hospitality and 5 star luxury”

The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was special. The hotel is close to the temple and a great historical area but had the luxury of a new building with a high quality finish and superb hygiene. I I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you 🙏. There was no bar due to it being on holy ground, but that wasn’t a negative as there were so many places nearby to explore
