The beach behind the property was good for a stroll. The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. The website advertised a buffet breakfast, but I was told to go off‑property for breakfast. The swimming pool was under maintenance and repairs during my stay. The room needs a good repaint. The walk was patchy in areas with undercoat primer. The kitchen sink was heavily water‑stained. The bathroom sink was leaking from pipes underneath. The furniture inside looked like it was from another time period—very old. TV channels were all in Thai. It was too far from everything, yet the website claimed a superb location.

The staff were very welcoming and pleasant!!! 🙏❤️ The housekeeping was flawless 👍. When I arrived, the pool was unusable 6 out of 11 days; its perimeter needed repair, it was old and dangerous. The spa and gym were closed, probably because it was off‑season, but in that case the price should have been lowered since I paid for services that weren’t available.

Good location, close to the beach, nice houses. I was there in mid‑August, which means low season. The restaurants on the beach were all closed, and there was a lot of litter on the beach—probably because the restaurants were closed and no one cleaned. The beach was largely empty of guests. I couldn’t find anyone to go out to during low season!

The pool and the laundry service were good. However, bugs—specifically cockroaches—were present.

The accommodation itself is very spacious, with quality bedding and fresh linens. Air conditioning plus a fan, and the bungalow is well insulated from outside noise, which matters in Thailand with the birds. Housekeeping in the rooms is impeccable. On the downside, the outdoor areas lack maintenance; from the moment we arrived we felt like turning back. The pool isn’t clean, so we didn’t want to swim, and its surroundings are clearly neglected. There is never anyone at reception, which can be inconvenient if we need something; you have to call a number, but it’s hard to get through afterward.
