The hotel’s location is good and the breakfast is excellent. The room is spacious, the shower is great, and the linen is good. I booked a double room, but a last‑minute change meant my friend couldn’t come, so I arrived alone and asked to switch to a single. The manager, clearly unprepared for the role, never even left her office and told the front‑desk that the change wasn’t possible, yet they still charged me for two people. Because of that inflexibility I’ll never stay here again or recommend it. I’ve heard a new group is taking over the hotel’s management and hope they’ll be more accommodating to guests.

Overall, the room was spacious, but the shower faucet and the bathroom sink taps were missing their fittings, and one of the taps kept falling off whenever I handled it. Both taps dripped constantly, and even when I tried to tighten them with a towel, it didn’t help. The wooden sink support also kept falling off; it needs fixing.
